This site provides good background and operational parameters for the use of a specific type of chromatography, hydrophilic interaction chromatography. Pedagogical value, however, is probably only directed toward a graduate/advanced course in separations. This document provides a very clear explanation of operational parameters and mode of operation for HILIC. Very readable!
